We will schedule themed, educational, and active play dates around town for moms and tots as well as have a few "Mom's night out" events. The goal of the group is for expecting, new and existing moms (with children under age 5) to meet for events, share information and build relationships. These moms could be stay at home women or working ladies who want to meet other people with shared interests.

I am interested in providing a forum for local parents whereby we can network, share parenting tips, socialize and provide general support to one another. I'm a new mom to an amazing little boy. I've been vegetarian my whole life, and am now trying out being vegan. I plan on raising my son vegan, and I'm hoping that this group will help get together a great support group and resource for other moms and dads with the same ideas and lifestyle. Play dates, pot lucks, much needed mommy nights, but also open to suggestions!

(We are comprised of mainly stay at home moms and dads, but do also have some working members as well - most of our activities are on weekday mornings.)
