Body Back is the newest program released from Stroller Strides founder, Lisa Druxman. It is a results based, high intensity, interval style workout designed specifically for Moms of any age. Moms will experience high intensity interval training using exercise bands, sliding discs, bosu balls and their own bodies as resistance.
